performance. The later is integrated and added to the current loading
charge.
Taring
The electronic unit has an automatic taring program which, at the push of a button, automatically calculates the tare value.
Calibration
Calibration must be proceed on initial commissioning of the belt scale.
This is done by comparative weighing (e.g. with a calibrated platform
weigher).

RTM X42 Wireless Multi-channel Tension Control, System Overview

RTM X2 - The Cost-Effective System for Wireless Tension Control (2 channels)
The FMS RTM X2 transmits wire tension data from the inner to the
static machine part of rotating machinery. The tension of the strands
can so be individually measured, controlled and monitored. The system is
comprised of force sensors, an EMGZ482-Transmiter and EMGZ482-Receiver.
RTM X2 is primarily suitable for Bow Stranders, Bunchers and Twisters.

RTM 01/02 Radio Transmitted Tension Monitoring System (multi-channel)
The FMS radio transmitted tension monitoring system (RTM) is designed
to monitor tension of individual wires or cables in rotating
applications. This system sends all the collected data via radio
transmission. The RTM system is a complete tension monitoring package
designed to easily retrofit onto older machines. It is ideal for
upgrading existing machinery to current tension measuring technology.
The F202 Series Force Measuring Sensor is for use in live shaft roller
applications where limited space is available. Their slim design
provides a new option for accurate web tension measurement on machines
where wider sensor designs simply did not fit. The sensor is easily
mounted to the machine side frame with two shoulder bolts.

Force Measuring Sensors (Load Cells) for Web Tension Control
All FMS force measuring sensors are characterised by its highest
overload protection and its designated accuracy. It is achieved by a
mechanical hardstop and four foil-type strain gauges in a full
wheatstone bridge configuration. The red point on the outside of the
sensor indicates the positive measuring direction.
Most FMS force measuring sensors are also available as vacuum sensors.
The LMGZ series tension sensors offer the highest accuracy,
reliability, and durability in the industry. The ultra flat sensor can
be used in the most stringent space conditions.
